Refund policy
At Moonwha, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Confidence Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order under the following conditions:
Eligibility

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method.

Lightly used items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, or for store credit if returned between 15–30 days.

All returns must include the original packaging and proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@moonwha.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned:

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item, and once the return is processed, place a new order for the product you’d like instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
